Truebit Verify Subscription Pricing Terms & Conditions
- Free Tier: You will have the option of using some of our Services for free from time to time, but these will have limited functionality. We reserve the right to modify the functionality available for free, or to cancel this free Service at any time in our discretion. To obtain access to more functionality than the free Service has to offer, you must purchase either a subscription, or pre-pay for such use for a period of time.
- Subscription and Auto-Renewal: If you pay using a credit or debit card, you will sign up for a monthly subscription. By starting your subscription, you agree that your plan will automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing period, and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fee, plus any applicable taxes, and payment processing fees, until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time using our billing portal (link to “Manage your Subscription”). Your account will remain active until the end of the then-current billing period after such cancellation, but we will not charge you any further recurring fees for the subscription after that date, unless you re-enroll.
If you pay using TRU tokens, you are purchasing access to a single month of use of the Service with each purchase. If you desire more than one month of use, you must return to our Website and pay for another monthly term of service. Paying with TRU does not initiate a monthly auto-renewing subscription.
Billing: By initiating a subscription (if you paid with a credit or debit card), your subscription will renew automatically each month unless canceled. Cancel anytime in your account settings. If you pay with TRU tokens, you are not entering into a subscription, and will have access to the Service for only one month (although you can always come back to purchase additional months of use, one month at a time).
Minimum Purchase Obligation: One month, after initial purchase. Note, however, that you have no obligation to purchase. If you do not wish to purchase, do not click the “Start Subscription/Purchase” button below. We issue no refunds of fiat or TRU tokens. - Fee Change Notice: Subscription prices and available plans may change from time to time. If we increase your subscription fee, we will notify you in advance, and the new charge amount will take effect at the start of your next billing period. We may also increase the cost of using our Services if you pay with TRU tokens, and the applicable price will be displayed for you when you purchase the next month of Service.
By clicking on the “Start Subscription/Purchase” button, you (i) agree that, if you pay with a credit or debit card, that card will be billed on a recurring basis in the amount set forth above every month (or as we may modify as stated herein), until you cancel in accordance with the terms above; and (ii) if you pay using TRU tokens, you are accessing our Service for a flat fee which will grant you access to the Service for one month only. If you desire to continue using the Services after that time, you must return to the Website to purchase additional use rights. In either case (i) or (ii) above, by clicking the “Start Subscription/Purchase” button above, you are hereby also agreeing to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
